C'est bien malté et très sucré. Les céréales fraîches prennent bien leur place. L'amertume est modérée. Bien faite ;-)

Bottle at Ash's
Dark brown colour with no head. Nice notes of roasted malts, very biscuity, demerara, touch of spirit. The body is lean, the residual sweetness is very restrained, mild roastedmalt flavour, a bit bready, not sure if there is bourbon, and the finish is quite weak.
A good beer, a weak Double Stout (as it's self defined).

500ml bottle (thx, Jonathan D.!) at Ash's shared with Alex. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malt, chocolate, some bourbon and cookies. Taste: similar, with some fruity notes and roasted malt bitterness. Overall: good, but for 7% stout is very good. However, I am really not sure that it is 7%, most probably it has a higher ABV.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune trouble, mousse blanche aérée. Arôme de cannabis, agrumes, malt, pointe florale. Goût de houblon résineux, agrumes, amertume moyenne, malt, pointe d'oignon. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Bouteille reçue en cadeau... Cette bière est vraiment très aromatique, surtout sur les agrumes et les aiguilles de pin. Comme c'est ma première Brut IPA, j'avoue trouver ça un peu étrange en bouche; comme un genre d'IPA sans alcool, mais sans le côté sucré... Et l'arrière-goût est vraiment tenace.
