This oatmeal stout poured a very deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, coffee and burnt toast. First swig was delicious. Slightly sweet with flavours of coffee, molasses and dark chocolate. Finish is burnt and creamy with coffee flavours lingering.

This wit poured a cloudy light orange colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include spice, wieners and must. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of wieners, spices and citrus rind. Finish is a little thin with flavours of citrus hops lingering.

This lager poured a golden yellow colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, light malt and club soda. First swig was decent. Flavours of must, malt and corn. Finish is lightly sweet malt with minimal hop flavour.

This amber poured a beautiful, amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Med lacing. Scents include basement, matches and wood. First swig was musty as hell and delicious. Flavours of must, light hops and wood most prominent. Finish is all malt and wood.

This IPA poured a clear, yellow colour with a bright white creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include hay, oatmeal and basement. First swig was quite creamy with flavours of minimal caramel, basements and a little fruit. Finish is mildly hoppy. Bitterness lingers.

This IPA poured a hazy golden colour with a creamy, light yellow head. Nice lacing. Scents include grassy hops, lightly roasted biscuit and a bit of corn. First swig was quite hoppy for 50IBUs. Flavour of grassy hops most prominent. Finish is medium bitter considering the hops.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a soapy, brown head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe bananas, whiskey, smoke and a tiniest amount of balsamic vinegar. First swig was bold but not over the top. Flavours of smoke, whiskey, coffee and wood. Finish is burnt whiskey flavoured with smokey goodness lingers forever.

This brown ale poured a deep brown colour with a soapy, off white head. Med lacing. Scents include light toast, caramel and light coconut. First swig was quite thin. Flavours of coconut, caramel and club soda. Finish is malty with solid coconut lingering with malt.

This sour poured a cloudy, deep yellow, with a creamy, bright white head . Nice lacing. Scents include soap/perfume, citrus and flowers. First swig was nice and subtle. Flavours of bread, nuts and citrus. Finish is slightly sour with doughy flavour lingering.

Jet black with a small brown head. Soft bourbon, wood and chocolate. Coconut, nice sweetness, chocolate and barrel. Nice but thin.
