On tap at On tap, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts and a hint of crusty rye bread. Flavour is crisp, with toasted nuts, earthy notes, and some roast. A little more depth for a dunkel. Solid.

On tap at On tap, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wheaty notes, not much else. Flavour is pretty neutral, with gently sweet cereal malt. Not much to this, but it's alright.

On tap at On Tap! Golden amber beer with thin white head. No carbonation, some lacing. Nose is distant fruit and pepper. Medium body with a cleansing bitter hoppy taste. Bitter finish with an undercurrent of malt. Drinkable although sweet for the style (like all the On Tap beers I tried).

On tap at On Tap! Red/brown beer with thin white head. Fruity, burnt toast nose. Bitter at first with sweet malt finish. Unbalanced but drinkable in the Singapore heat.

On tap at On Tap! Pale amber beer with thin white head. Slight grain nose, light carbonation. Full bodied and surprisingly malty! Really malty with a sweet berry finish. Slightly effervescent, this needs to be more bitter and grainy to be called a Pils.

Bottled, from On Tap Chinatown, Singapore. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Fruity nose with mild banana. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. White bread, banana and spun sugar, very soothing and mild. Very low bitterness. Pleasant as always from this competent brewer.

Keg at On Tap Chinatown, Singapore. Hazy amber, small head. Grapefruity nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and somewhat earthy, mild spicy hops with notes of citrus. Mid bitter finish. Pretty good, but not my drink of choice from On Tap.

Keg at On Tap Chinatown, Singapore. Hazy golden, brief head. Distinct cinnamon aroma. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sweet baked apples and cinnamon. No bitterness. Like a dessert. According to the guy in the bar this is not actually a cider, rather a sour beer with fruit and spices.
