5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Dark brown-red w/nice sparkle, ring of head & trace lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt but hint of moldy cheese. Taste is toasted bread. Smooth, creamy, frothy texture, finish as taste. 3.5

Light wood and some spicy grainy notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Grainy notes and light wood. Pleasant.
