Served on draft at Brewvival. Pours dark brown with an average sized tan head. Decent head retention. Huge vanilla and coffee notes in the aroma with roasted malts and a hoppy finish. Sweet aroma overall. The taste is coffee, roasted malts, caramel, coconut, vanilla and a hoppy finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Sampled at EBF Saturday Afternoon. Poured very cloudy golden orange color. Smells like tart grapefruit juice and pineapple with almost a bucolic thing going on. Tart, sour aroma is replicated very well in the flavor. Medium body and level of carbonation. Most people were raving about this beer, I thought it was horrible and couldn’t finish the 2 ounces I was poured. Honestly it tasted like rancid grapefruit juice to me.

Sampled at EBF Saturday Afternoon. Pours a solid dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma is heavy on the coffee with maple, brown sugar, and hints of bacon. There’s a beer in that glass? Taste is really quite the coffee bomb with hints of maple and brown sugar. Medium to thick body with a creamy oily mouthfeel and a moderate level of carbonation. While not horribly complex, it is different and I really enjoyed this beer.

Draft @ Treasure Coast beer fest. Pours dark brown color with tan head. Smells and tastes like peanut butter and grape jelly. I taste crusts in there!!! Medium body with moderate carbonation. These PB&J beers are just too wierd for me, I’m not a big fan.

Draft at FB, Off, buttery, this brings me right back to WI. I have no idea how you could make a beer this crappy and actually sell it. Disturbingly off, burnt sour buttery infection. This beer really sucks, certainly doesn’t get the job done. This is the kind of crap you’d expect from a small system brewery. Bad.
