Hazy pale, has a grapey aroma. Also apple, which is toasty. More grapes in the finish. I like it, but it's not as complex as the grape friends.

Purple. That's a pretty nice colour, and this was at FHF where I saw a lot of purple liquid. Vinous accents, nice grape character. Well-balanced.

Pale. Nice apple character and a mellow sense of balance. Good straightforward drinking cider.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear bright red with a small white bread. Aroma brings out tart red berries and wild yeast. Flavour is bone dry, with intense funk, tart berries, and crisp apple skins. Bone dry, nicely funky and just fruity enough. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a rapidly diminishing white head. Nose reveals a nice barnyard funk upfront, with champagne-like effervescence, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is very crisp, with lots of dry pear skins, light-to-moderate barnyard funk, and a little champagne character. Dry, gently funky, and fairly highly carbonated mouthfeel. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose reveals a lot of champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, moderate funk, and gentle sweetness. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, gentle funk, and crisp apple core. Crisp, gently sweet and nicely funky. Excellent.

355mL can, pours a somewhat hazy golden with a small, quickly-dissipating white head. Nose reveals a nice barnyard funk, with all sorts of bugginess, crisp dry apple skins, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, moderate barnyard funk, and crisp dry apple skins. Highly carbonated, very dry, and somewhat funky, yet it kind of dies on the finish, not fully expressing the complexity that it could have—falls a bit flat. But still nice and funky, and highly drinkable.
