No foam, light gold, subtle carbonation. Nice tannins on the nose, slight branch, very vague hints of pear and some sweet apple. Flavour comes out warm and sweet apple, soft pear hints, ends dry and very musty, hints of leather that hangs on the tongue. Slight fruitiness gets teased out after the leather hit. Nice and layered.

Good light gold body with stormy carbonation and nice foam, chewy apple on the nose slightly vinous, green skin, tannins galore, modest sweetness. Slight wild honey notes. Flavour is slightly bitter, sweet wine vinegar, sharp apple. Lively carbonation keeps it real. Enjoyable.

Has a slight rosé tinted orange hue, good foam, strong carbonation. A deep and wet apple on the nose, dishraggy, chewy dandelion. Flavour is soft sweet apple, slightly meaty, yeast character to pull it together. Full with good carbonation. Subdued but easy drinking.

Medium gold body and no foam, very soft carbonation, glistening like one of those amber snow globes from the 70's. Deep sweet apple on the nose, casual and dessert like, slightly earthy, very subdued. Flavour is intense vinegar and burlap, spiced vegetables, celery. Full with lingering sweetness from wild apples. Certainly offbeat in terms of cider profiles but quite enjoyable.

Cloudy light pale straw body with no foam, minimal visible carbonation. Soft sweet pear on the nose with mellow earthiness. Flavour is like a smoked pear, slightly leathery with soft hay. Bone dry finish, lingering smokiness that I find perfect. This would pair well with prawns or other shellfish.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, dry apples, and some horse blanket. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, dry apples, and a touch of acidity. Nicely funk, with crisp apples. Really nicely done.

Minimal foam on a muddy gold body, modest carbonation, earthy heaving farm apples on the nose, burlap and hay and barn but still sharp and sophisticated, excellent. Flavour is a muddy apple with more burlap, soft molasses, chewy rotting apple, ruddy citrus sweetness in all its glory. A great meld of sweet and funk that is fun to drink.

Dry apple on the nose with some soft sweet twig. Pours foamless and with minimal carbonation, a medium clear gold. Roses come out in the flavour, in a deep and swirling way, accenting the apple. Not at all floral, closer to a yeasty Flanders red experience actually the way the two elements work together. The finish is full, slightly dry, rustic overtones in the aftertaste. Very nice, unique in its approach.

Cloudy orange gold with a small head. Cooked apple and a light funk. Soured and light tannins, touch of glue and apple peel.

Stormy light clear gold body and minimal foam. Floral green apple on the nose, leeks maybe, subtle tangerine and dragonfruit, lychee rounding it out. Flavour is slightly bitter with sweet dolmade notes, fresh vinegar, lemongrass. Full mouthfeel, a bit boozy. A fun one, good mix of flavours.
