Nice carbonation on a medium orange body. The aroma is soft round apples, some sharpness, subtle apricot juice. Flavour is bright apple with a nice balance between sweet and bitter, hints of green skin on the back end, aromatic sweet wood notes. Slightly floral and citric at the same time. Mouthfeel leaves dryness but also a hint of residual sweetness. A bit of a sleeper but still very nice to drink.

Pours a nice gold with no real foam and carbonation that rises slowly, almost looks like sediment. The aroma is very sweet apple, apricot, Dairy Queen banana split figures prominent, some dry green apple skin tannins in there (and every time I think of green apple I think of that Seattle band... what a curse). Warming up it starts to really shine with green apple (a quick step from whence it was chilled) and ends up sweet but not excessively so. Flavour is much less sweet, bitter apple flowing into twig notes and the mead smoothing it all out and providing some needed sweetness, honeydew melon in overdrive perhaps but I'm not a big melon eater. Mouthfeel is a little boozy to start but with modest cider hints. Not as sweet as I expected but still has some decent elements.

Okay clear yellow body, no foam, large carbonation bubbles. Lots of twig on the nose, vanilla notes, crisp apple without too much sweetness. Flavour is a slightly bitter apple, vinous, soft vinegar, tart wood notes. Very dry mouthfeel, excellent in that respect. An interesting mix here and unique in its own way.

Pours a muddy peach with minimal foam. Nice sweet mix of pear and apple on the nose, but kind of a jumble. Flavour is tart apple and some bitter pear, twig notes. Bone dry finish. Some good things going on here, I like it.

Pours with okay foam and a nice light yellow colour, medium carbonation visible. The aroma is soft musty apples, barnyard, soaked wood. Flavour is nice bitter apple with wood notes, strong acidity but still leaves a crisp finish. Drinkable for sure.
