Has a nice light golden hue with very good foam and big carbonation bubbles.. On the nose is vanilla, twig, low sweetness apple. The flavour is rather bitter and tart, lots of tannins and twig. Full mouthfeel and carbonation keeps it lively. I'm surprised at how little sweetness there is in this one but it works if you're prepared for it.

Pours with feisty carbonation and strong but fast disappearing pink foam on a deep ruby red body that's rather cloudy. Aroma is a lot of red grape skin and soft woody cider. Flavour is cider forward with mellow dried grape skin notes. Full mouthfeel, good carbonation. Very well balanced, nice spontaneous carbonation.

Pours cloudy orangey gold with mellow but stable foam, bubbling away. very nice colour. Smells deeply of fresh apples which I couldn't describe, maybe green skinned, complexity abound but still sweet and on the sugary side. Flavour is smooth apple, chunky and kind of like a sweet apple pie in all its freshness. Mouthfeel is full and sweet but not cloyingly so and the alcohol is present but still well in the background. An incredibly good cider, pulling apple flavours together that I don't normally see.

Gold colour. The aroma is just a nice earthy apple. Bright apple, snappy acidity. Finishes bitter, slightly tannic, but pretty complex. Off the top of my head this is easily the best Twin Island I’ve had.

Pale, buttery...fermentation issues, sweet, appley, a bit wonky. So for me this doesn't work.

Pale, soft cider with light tartness and earthy apple character. Decent stuff.

Decent pear and apple, with a nice tannic note. All told, not half bad stuff.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, musty apples, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, wild yeast, and musty apples. Wild and oaky. Good stuff.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellowish, no head. Aroma brings out pear skins, with light wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with pear skins and a hint of port. Dry and musty. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is full of crisp, dry apples, wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with musty apples, oak, and some wild yeast. Oaky and musty. Nice stuff.
