Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has subtle white wine grape skins, saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex, with a really nice white wine mustiness, some champagne-like effervescence, oak, and wild yeast. Bright, sharp, complex and effervescent. Excellent.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has sold citrus zest, bitter earthiness, and dry bready malt. Flavour is surprisingly dry and not juicy, with earthy hops, a touch of citrus zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Very dry, earthy and bready. Does not seem as advertised, but not bad.

Purple, with some opacity. Big blackberry aroma. Love it. Similar on the palate, a fantastically rich raspberry. Excellent - raspberry is bright and rich.

Flight at The Magnet. Pours deep mahogany. Aroma has a ton of raspberry and dark cherry. Flavour is gently sour with really solid raspberry and cherry components. Nice kick of bitterness on the finish that keeps it from being too sweet. Mouthfeel is quite smooth and cherry-like. Fantastic.
