Flight at The Magnet. Pours hazy orange. Aroma has a bit of that saison funky character and I guess bugs? Flavour is a bit odd; not a whole lot of funk, some citric sourness, maybe a bit of bitterness from the grape tannins. Mouthfeel is higher carbonation than I expected. Kind of weird, not sure I picked up what they were putting down.

Flight at The Magnet. Pours hazy pinkish. Aroma is very fruity, mostly blood orange and small stone fruit. Flavour is sour in good proportion with fruit notes of blood orange and nectarines. Some woody dryness and a bit of tannic bitterness on the finish. Excellent.

5oz. Appearance: hazy peach with a white head. Aroma: sweet cherries, some stone fruits, bugs. Maybe some oxidation from PX probably, but I wouldn't notice it if I wouldn't know it could be there. Taste: along the same lines, a lot of bugs, noticeable manur notes. Overall: good one, but where PX is I am not sure.

5oz. Appearance: dark purple with a rose head. Aroma: sweet cherries, some raspberry notes too, nice bugs. Some light acetone. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good, but a bit less acetone and acidity would be appreciated

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy bright golden with a smal white head. Aroma reveals lots of peppery saison yeast, low-level phenols, and the PX barrels then come through. Flavour is unusual, with a sort of tart, buggy, lightly sulphuric/rotting character — seems like the PX? — along with some peppery notes. This is a strange one and doesn't seem like it's exactly what was intended. The Sherry isn't obvious and there's not much funk, just some jumbled bugs that come across rather sulphuric. Odd.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma is extremely fragrant, with tons of black raspberry and cherry skins, plenty of oak, and perhaps low-level phenols. Flavour is very deep, with tons of intense berry skins, tons of tannins, oak, and bugs. Incredible berry expression — so much tannins and skins, yet with just enough juiciness. Excellent.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma is rich, with intense stone fruits, tons of juiciness, and a great mixed culture character. Flavour is super juicy and expressive, with a prettt incredible pluot and nectarine character — damn, that's impressive — ungirded by a nice mixed culture, some oak, and a dry, yet juicy, tannic finish. Really great.

Pale gold. Slight haze, thin head. Dry, lean just a touch of pale malt. Only a hint of sweetness, good bugs. There's a nice hit of that px in the finish. This is a really cool beer.

Slight haze, dull, no head. Light bugs but a fair bit of pedio. Comes out a bit flat, without much bright bugginess. Moderate pale malts
