A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: almost clear copper with a white head. Aroma: fruity notes, oak, farmhouse notes. Taste: along the same lines, more prominent cherries, nice funk and balance. Overall: another amazing thing from Mirage!

Poured from the tap. Hazy pinkish orange with small white head. Mild gin barrel permeates in the background, some apricot, light tartness, barely any cherry. Slightly jumbled, but okay.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Hazy reddish colour, no head retention. The aroma is mildly herbal and fruity, sobe funk. Acidic, sharp, fruity, a bit herbal too.
Ok.
Ooooo plum saison oaky fruity funk heaven, so good.

Wow insanely good plum magic and oak funk. Almost tasted like cognac for a sec.
Really soft cherry and tons of oaky light tart sweetness. Lots of flavor, delish!

375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: sour, gin, barrel, some fruity character, cherries are not really recognizable. Taste: same. Overall: ok.

Slight haze, and pinkish. There's a mellow cherry, woody character to it. Fairly dry. Light apricot accent. Quite a dry brett accent and it blends nicely with the fruit. I don't really get that gin barrel.
