On tap at Mirage, pours a cloudy dark red with a small pink head. Aroma is rather earthy, with musty berries, earthiness, and a touch of obscured bugs. Flavour is more vinous than anything, with plenty of red wine oak, tannins, and subdued, fermented out red berries. Really vinous character with a nice bugginess. Excellent.

On tap at Mirage, pours a clear bright red with a small white head. Aroma has a very unique expression of the tayberries, some floral notes, wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of fruity tayberries, light tartness, subtle acidity, and a touch of oak. Real great berry expression. Excellent.

On tap at Mirage, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice wild yeast character, oak, and gentle cherries. Flavour is tart and buggy, with plenty of wild yeast, fermented out cherries, and some oak. Nice incorporation of the cherries, though I don’t get much quince. Good stuff.

On tap at Mirage, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has a strange phenolic character, some rustic notes that are buried. Flavour has some bandaidy phenolic notes, gentle rustic saison year, and earthiness. Some weird yeast expression here that doesn’t seem right.

Herbaceous hop and happy bread notes. Good bitterness. I wouldn't call it a kellerbier, mind you, just a pilsner. Balanced, with clean pale malt and a touch of spicy hop.

Slight haze. Bubbly head. Light grainy note, vaguely spicy. Medium bitterness, with a mild spicy hop accent. Hoppier than most helles.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a tangy hop character that’s unusual in the style, with gentle herbaceousness. Flavour is more of the same, with tangy, herbaceous hops that somehow work, with a thin biscuity malt base. Not the most vibrant helles but it wins points for uniqueness.

4oz pour at The Magnet. Pours cloudy blonde with a small white head. Damp straw on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts and damp straw. Tastes a bit strained. It's okay
