Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear-ish, orange color, with a medium, rocky, off-white head. The aroma is guava, caramel, cloves, honeysuckle, and perfume. Sweet and malty, with a mild, dank bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sticky, acrid palate. This is a hoppy and fruity beer.

Pint at FH Beer Works East. Pours a slightly unclear, straw color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is lemon, banana, bread dough, and cloves. Sweet and yeasty, with a hint of bitterness. Light and dusty palate. This is a nice, simple, and yeast-forward witbier.

Pint at the brewery. Pours dark brown, nearly black, with a medium, rocky, beige head. The aroma is chocolate syrup, toffee, marshmallow fluff, mellow coffee, and cinnamon. Very sweet and sugary, with a bit of bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, slick palate. This is a tasty and mellow porter. Great s'mores notes.

Pint at FH East. Pours a clear, golden color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is straw, resin, honeysuckle, and light cloves. Sweet, with a grainy, light bitterness. Light body, crisp, and refreshing. Simple and well made lager. Not bad.

Taster at FH Beerworks East. Pours black, with a small, tan ring. The initial impression is of black cherry cream soda, but with some, toffee, and licorice coming out in the finish. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild tart flavor. Light body, with an acidic, slick mouthfeel. This is a nice, mild, and solid sour.

Taster at the FH East location. Pours a cloudy, light, orange color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is orange juice, cloves, dust, pine, and white sugar. Sweet and malty, with a nice, sharp bitterness. Light to medium body, with a very grainy, crisp mouthfeel. This is more assertive than most hazy IPAs, and quite tasty.

Taster at the FH East location. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a fairly small, beige head. Strong ginger aromas, with some rye, caramel, and yet more ginger. Sweet and malty, with a good spicy flavor. Medium body, with a sharp, malty mouthfeel. This is a fun and creative beer. If you like ginger, you'll like it.
