Description
La Choue is an artisanal beer from Haute-Marne produced on a quality site. In the heart of a protected valley, in this beautiful department that we particularly love, our Artisanal Brasserie near Chaumont is located in a place steeped in history. In the same place, in 1550, the Vauclair brothers of the order of Val des Choues discovered an exceptional source of water. This source, which makes us proud, still feeds our Brewery today and contributes to the recognized and much appreciated quality of our craft beers.
