On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is nothing remotely resembling a lambic—with murky wild yeast, earthiness, maybe some hay. Flavour is much the same, with moderate tartness, moderate acidity, and light citrus. Flavours aren’t well-calibrated or all that pleasant. Inoffensive but just not designed well.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of gin botanicals, some wild yeast, and a touch of earthy grape skins. Flavour is pretty tart, with plenty of gin botanicals, a touch of grape skins, and plenty of tartness. A bit amateurish but pleasant enough.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma has some residual sweetness from the braggot, with tart dark berries, a touch of peach, and gentle acidity. Flavour is fairly acidic but balanced by the honey sugars, with oak, sugars, tart fruit, and some very light funk. Finishes sour, sweet and peachy. Pleasant enough cockamamie sour.
