On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle tartness, balsamic, and a hint of oak. Flavour is fairly acetic, with balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and tartness. Not authentic but not too acetic or acidic for that matter. Meh.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a clear dark mahogany with a tiny head. Aroma is sweet, with brown sugar, honey, and bready notes. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with bizarrely sweet and awkward sugar, honey, and some tartness. A total mess. Terrible.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a somewhat hazy dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of ginger, with lime and buried lacto. Flavour is full of lacto, subdued ginger and lime - I don't get any peaches. Cheap, incompetent and just bad.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a clear bronze with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, followed by oak, and a hint of wild yeast. Flavour is acidic, with lots of lacto, tart fruitiness, and more lacto. Cheap, acidic and rough. Not very good.

On tap at Dirty Couch, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a strange floral character, medium roast, and perfume. Flavour is floral and perfumey, with tartness, medium roast, and bone dry earthiness. Ah impie stout… really? Odd. Doesn't work for me.

Hazy and pale amber. Toasty cascade hop nose…this hop used to be so cutting edge! Medium bitterness, malts okay, a bit gloppy, and lots of cascade.

Dull haze, amber, just a thin head. Tart, the caramel from the malts is subtle but provides most of the nuance. Straightforward amber sour.

Aroma is a bit off. So it pours gold and mostly flat. But acetic and maybe a bit butyric, it’s heading in a ropey direction so probably needs more barrel time.
