Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice juicy notes but missing a tad of body.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt notes with some grainy notes and light tobacco notes. Taste is also a mix of dry carmelized malt notes with some grainy notes and light tobacco notes and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and alcohol is well hidden. Malt bill is slightly off but enjoyable nonetheless.

375ml @ SF shared with almost full gang (missing two biggest guys only).
Aroma: farmhouse notes, lemony, pleasant.
Taste: along the same lines, kinda full of botanicals.
Overall: not bad, I am just not a fan of the botanicals notes.

Hazy, pale. Thin head. Nice hoppy nose with a little bit of bretty funk. Dry, funky, clean, light bugs. Touch of sweetness, and a fairly hoppy character with light citrus and peach accents. This is good.

355mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a fairly complex rustic saison yeast character, with light earthiness, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour has some lacto, rustic saison yeast, moderate acidity, and some citric notes to finish. Not getting any barrel character. Not particularly complex, but it comes together decently. Pleasant.

Poured from 355mL bottle (thanks Sammy - batch AJ; bottled 13 Nov 2023; 10th Anniversary). Hazy blonde gold with small white head and a touch of sediment. Very nice stone fruit, light tartness, lots of complexity, quite enjoyable.

375mL bottle. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Nice buggy saison yeast, musty peaches, and some buttery oak on the nose. Flavour has plenty of tart peach pits, rustic yeast, citric acidity, a bit buggy. Nice.

Bought directly at the brewery and it's not doing it for me. Maybe the hops?
