Pale pinkish, slight haze. Bright raspberry, mellow tartness, on the palate it's a bit fizzy, which washes some stuff away, But it's pretty tart. I like the fruit, but the sour is abrasive.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is simple and rather acidic, with pithy berries and moderate acidity. Flavour is very pithy, with lots of thorny, underripe raspberries, intense sourness, and quite a lot of acidity. Messy, abrasive beer. The berries are alright, but this isn't cohesive. Not good—needs considerable work.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Sept 26/19) Pours quite hazy dark gold with a white head and lace. Notes of sweet pineapple with accents of orange and light dank weed, but with a surprising amount of funk for what I assumed was going to be a Brett primary DIPA with smooth complementary esters...funk works perfectly well though. Off dry juicy finish with light fruity grassy bitterness. Medium-plus body with good creamy carbonation. Very solid if surprising fruited IPA with a twist.
