Description
My favorite pastime has always been sharing good times with family and friends over beers. It’s these enduring moments shared over a pint at a pub, or beers around the campfire that make and keep relationships with the ones we love. It’s that sentiment that informs the beer we brew.
We make easy drinking beers that bring folks together. Our proper German-style beers and NW ales are crafted to comfort people around their shared activities and we couldn’t be happier to have a spot at the table.
Please stop by Washougal and say hello if you get a chance, I’d be happy to sit down and have a pint with you. Cheers and see you soon!

32 oz crowler filled at the brewery. Pours especially clean and clear golden pour, thin active fizz head. Quite a tropical character to this as expected. Not super juicy, but sharp and flavorful. Very sessionable feel, easy drinking IPA that isn't too bitter, and smooth as an overall assessment. Good beer here.

Draft pour, enjoyed at 54° 40' Brewing, Washougal. Clean and clear golden pour. Maybe a slight cloudiness here. A really cool fronted flavor. Almost minty. It's a bizarre combination of bitter hops and a Belgian like funk. Really interesting saison here.

Draft pour, enjoyed at 54° 40' Brewing, Washougal. Another really clean and clear golden pour from these guys. My tray of 4 5 oz pours all looked like the same beer, yet all very different. A nice balance of grassy and cotrus hops, earthy grain on the aroma. Flavor is a classic earthy IPA, a well balanced hop and malt bill. Really refreshing. Has a pretty good bite to it as well. I could go for a pint of this any time. Good stuff.

Draft pour, enjoyed at 54° 40' Brewing, Washougal. First visit! A clean and clear golden pour, a bit of an oily appearance. A near absent aroma. Flavor is a slightly rich malt, thicker body to this lager. Really easy drinking for this high gravity lager. Slight touch of an apple like sweet grain in the end. Surprised how much I liked this one.

Draft pour, enjoyed at 54° 40' Brewing, Washougal. A light appearance, clean and clear golden pour. A bit of a corny straw aroma, mild. Cool and refreshing taste, not a lot of flavor going on here, but what's there is pleasant. This would pair well with summer heat and ballgames.

Draught. Black pour with off white head. Roast malt aroma. Candy chocolate notes in the flavour. Lasting finish. Rather strong for a Dry Stout.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear orange hue with a small white head. A light crisp fruity hop nose. Sweet, some orange peel, resin, bitter elements especially in the finish. Solid IPA.

On tap pours out a pale golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain some grass notes and a touch of spice. Taste is more of the nice light grain a well made Oktoberfest beer.
