Bottle from the brewery. Pours a heavily carbonated brown-gold with fast disappearing head. The aroma is vegetably malt. Flavour is soft malt with sugary caramel. Mouthfeel is okay, full enough. Rather unassuming and not too interesting.

Bomber bottle bought from the bomber bottle, fridge, served warm, as could be expected. It pours murky brown with very thin carbonated head that disappears too quickly. The stink is of brown sugar and cabbage with sharp carbonation throughout. It tastes of murky molasses with soft brown sugar hints. Very sweet mouthfeel, too much sugar. Just okay, a little overbearing, lacking finesse.

Bomber bottle bought from Ridge Brewing. Has a heavily carbonated dark brown body, lots of light off white foam on top.The aroma is a very vegetably barley. The flavour is lots of mealy dark barley and coffee with a sweet full finish. Alcohol is well hidden, this is quite nice in fact.

On tap at the brewery. Decent yellow body with just a little foam. Very lemony smell with nothing behind it. Flavour is big vinegar with some soft light grain hints. Sharp finish. Not enough here, too vinegary for me.

On tap at the brewery. Has a very brown-black body with minimal foam. Smells of sour coffee and hints of lemony chocolate, coconut even, christmas chocolates. Flavour is sharp barley with dried chocolate mentions and a very syrupy dried fruity end waving in the background. Dry finish. Unique, not necessarily bad, could take some getting used to but I can dig it.

Mostly clear gold body with creamy foam on top. Floral hop smell. Flavour is muddled hops and nothing else, with a bit of a smooth finish. Too sugary with no complexity, needs to be more interesting in many ways.

On tap at the brewer. Very yellow body with no head. Aroma is soft lemon with some apple. Flavour is apply grain, kind of cloying and odd with wheat grain notes. Very dry finish. An odd lager, certainly rough around the edges.

On tap at the brewery. Nice copper amber body and just a little head. Bright sugary hops on the nose though simple. Flavour is nice biscuit with a dry finish. Simple but gets the job done.

Amber-brown, not much head. Cocoa-fudgey nose. Soft, sweet, then a touch of sourness in the finish. A porter, sure, but not a baltic one. Way too yeasty and not the right malt character at all.
