Bottle: Relatively pale golden, hazy, bigger fluffy off-white head; dusty-grainy nose with well hidden traces of bananas, grapefruit and wheat; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite soft and quite light bodied; a light tartness shows up in the lemony-wheaty finish. Average Weizen, but a nice thirst-quencher.......

(bottle, 75cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Citrus-fruity, flowery and resiny hoppy aroma with a mildly biscuity and cara-malty background. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Aromatic hops profile with notes of lemon, pineapples, resin on a biscuity malty base; almost dry mouthfeel; bitter-sweet fruity and resiny hoppy finish with a long lasting aftertaste. Quaffable IPA. 04.IV.11

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and yeasty, distinctively wheat-malty aroma with shades of banana, vanilla and a delicate alcoholic touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheat-malty taste with rather restrained fruity accents, except for a tinge of citrus and banana; sweet wheaty and shy fruity finish with well-embedded alcoholic notes. 04.IV.11

Sweet and slightly dusty yeasty wheat-malty aroma with notes of vanilla and a restrained fruity touch of banana. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a completely cloudy and opaque golden with a white head. Very sweet and almost candy-like nose, lots of “skumbanan” and yeast. Medium body, very sweet banana and yeast, pleasantly non-phenollic. No real bitterness, lots of vitamins and yeast. Almost candy-like. 050411
