A light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma is fresh, tropical mangos, grapefruits, grain. Taste has grapefruits and grain, some tropical notes. Slightly harsh bitterness. Medium bodied, fresh to drink. Decent.

650 ml bottle. Pours black with full off white head. Aromas of sweet coffee. chocolate liqueur, dark berries, and sharp roasted malts. Flavors of dark chocolate, light oak, black coffee and more sharp roasted malts. Excellent.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Trader Joe’s. Aroma is strong pine and citrus, lighter herbs and resin. Appearance is hazy straw-colored yellow with nice sparkle, 1/2 finger-width ephemeral white fizzy head with trace lacing. Taste is grains, pine and resin. Palate is dry light bodied with thin, foamy carbonated texture, a little bit spicy. Overall, a fair amount going on for a session ale. Maybe this would have scored higher as a wheaty session IPA than an IPA-like wheat beer. Decent.

This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a slight hazy burnt orange color with a slim finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace.
The smell had the normal \"witbier\" aromas of Belgian/bready/yeastiness with a delicate florally sweet to slight herbal aroma underneath. Yes, the lemongrass is there - dry yet sweet with a nice balance all around.
The taste was mainly bready/Belgian sweet with a nice little spice underneath. Semi-wet to almost dry Belgian bready aftertaste leading into a slim crisp to wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable feel about it. Carbonation rides at a good pace, nothing really under nor over, just seems to hit right on par.
Overall, really good witbier, way to go Peak Organic!

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, 3/3/16. Hazy golden amber, thin fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of wheat, spice, lemongrass, lime zest. The taste is lemongrass, lime, mango, spice, wheat. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering spice, a bit of umami. Solid.
