Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A bright, glowing hazy tang orange pour. A mousse foam head. Aroma is spicy malt and juicy hops. Didn't expect these flavors. Bold, spicy malts. Cool orange fruit. Some rye? I'm really trying to figure out this flavor profile. It's refreshing in the end, but strange up front. Some tea like notes. I have no information on this beer from where I got it, other than that it's a pale. There has to be more to it, and I hope to find out, and enjoy another pint. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Love the name, even if I am not necessarily certain of its meaning. A bright glowing hazy orange pour, but blindfolded, I don't think I could identify the hazy style by taste. A nutty grain on the aroma, and pretty solitary. Flavor is a ton of the same nutshell and cracker grains. Bold, grassy hops to wrap it up. Very impressionable malt bill here. Tasty imperial.

Draft pour at Chucks 85th. Jet black pour, with a cream dark brown head. Fantastic aroma on this. Nutty. Bready malts. Reminds me of a walnut banana bread. Dangerously smooth imperial stout here, with soft spices, more nutty banana bread, and some chocolate. Very little impressions of its imperial makeup. An ideal winter treat of a stout here. Loved this.

5oz draft at brewery. Thick head does quickly but sticky lacing. Aroma definitely has tropical fruits like guava as advertised. And flavor is low in hops. It's not popping but lots of fruit and low bitterness, very akin to NE IPA. It's only a medium haze to the beer. Most importantly nothing off putting.

5oz at brewery. Oh, the Brett is poor in this. Too herbal and the malts are very dry and lightly medicinal. Tasting like lightly sweet white bread malts with bug spray. Not good.

Clear gold color. 5oz at brewery. Sticky lacing. Aroma is light Brett with some sour aceti berries, light. Some herbal funk with sourness. Flavor has more of that tart berries than the funky Brett yeast. Get a little thin in flavor. Leaves a sour and light Brett aftertaste. Want more funk and less sour.

5iz at brewery. Just a slick slightly Berliner like but sweet and some sweet sour thing. This has gooseberries but you can't taste. One of the new fast sours that really isn't. Poor fruitiness.
