Bottled (from Alko Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, small white head, that vanishes quite fast. Good preassure when opening (aka the cork was close to flying away by itself). Aroma is sweet apple juice with quite farmyardy and earthy notes. Flavour is apples, dry wood, some mild earth and mild sugary notes. Mouthdrying palate.

Bottle. Rather mild nose, some dust, ripe apples, a touch of caramel. Deep copper color, lace. Bubbly. Metallic flavor, ripe apple, dust, wather plain and generic flqvor, with a puckery, dusty, not nice after taste. Drinkable but not very good.

As La Bolee du Boulanger - Cidre Bouche Brut. Light hayish and wooden aroma. Golden yellow, fine carbonation. Horseblanket and hay, mostly retronasal, light orangepeel. Pleasant.

Lite poeng i å skrive på engelsk vedrørende denne. Da det bare er nordmenn som drikker den. Og noen dansker. Flott mørk gylden farge. Noe bobblete skum som raskt forsvinner. Søt fruktig lukt. Litt rosèvin på en måte. Litt enig med Palme at smaken kan minne om "Mer". Ikke noe pluss egentlig. Fruktig eple smak. Ettersmak som er litt i gaten uferdig hjemmevin. Kremt....vil ikke havne i handlekurven igjen. Franskmennene må bli flinkere på cider :-)
