0.75l corked bottle. This one pours a clear golden with a little bit of both red and brown - body. No head on this one. On the aroma it's kinda sweet and sticky with a clear sweet apply base, and some undertones of both wood, (could be cork), the Norwegian drink "Kjeft", and when string it a bit I get a disturbing tone of both fart (sulfur) and rotten eggs. Quite subtle, but quite it's present. It's quite lively carbonated with the big kind of bubbles, like "Farris Naturale", and the texture feels really thin, dry and watery. Quite dry initially in the flavor, some old apples, tones of yeast and perhaps even a hint of cork here as well. Feels really mouthdrying and perhaps even a bit "dusty". Not a masterpiece this, but it's definitely possible to drink. 22.03.2012

Bottle 250ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, sweet apple - apple pie. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
