Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Apples, apple cores and some apple pie in the aroma. The flavor is a bit sweet I think, with apples and some light spiced hints. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Smooth finish. A quite pleasant one, but too sweet to be quenching. 120218

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a bubbly off white head. Sweet red apples. A bit of svovl and sulfur. Sweet - yet quite pleasant.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear sparkling, with a medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apples, wood, moderate red apples, sulfur. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation look flat but feel is fizzy. [20120107]

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks tomer. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, a bit of sulfur, earthy notes and a not-so-pleasant plasticky note. Slightly sweetish flavor of green apples with light acidity and a drier finish. Highly carbonated. Refreshing.
