Coffee and cocoa with a light roast and some vanilla. Clear dark mahogany with a lingering khaki head that leaves tight lace. Light sweet molasses with a medium- coffee and dark chocolate bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin and creamy with soft carbonation and toasty bitter finish. Decent porter. 8-/3+/7+/3/15-

Can from the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow with a tiny white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose has some wheat, yeast, citrus peel, banana, coriander, hint of honey and some grassiness. Lightly sweet with a citrus tartness, medium- grassy bitterness and a touch of spice. Mouth is medium with active carbonation and lingering finish of spice and light bitterness. 7/3/7/3/13+

Can from the brewery/ Cloudy orange amber with a small short lived off white head. Some light caramel malts with a prominent citrus and tropical fruit along with hints of nectarine. Light sweet base supporting a big bitterness with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, orange peel, mango and nectarine. Mouth is medium+ and sticky with average carbonation and a bitter finish. Nice. 8/3/7+/3+/15

Can from the brewery. Cloudy pale gold under a one finger white head. The head fades slowly and leaves some sparse lace. Nose is light bready malts with a good dose of tropical fruit, citrus and some herbal notes. Flavour follows with light caramel malt start supporting a medium- citrus bitterness with grapefruit and lemon as well as papaya. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 8-/4/7+/4-/15-

Light sweet malt with a light citrus bitterness and a level of spice that is balanced and not as prominent as in the nose. Can from the brewery. Slightly hazy pale gold under a tiny short;lived white head. Nose is light honey and bread with some light grass and mineral notes. Light sweet malt and a similar light grassy bitterness. Mouth is a bit thin with soft carbonation and a short crisp finish. Yup, Itβs a lager. 6/3-/5/3-/11

Keg at Ottawa Winter Brewfest. Disclaimer: This event used plastic cups, which may have prevented my ability to fully appreciate this beer. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Grassy fruity nose. Mid dry with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Hay, dough and grass. Mid bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Passionfruit and dough up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and somewhat milky with citrus and passionfruit, notes of caramel. Mid bitter finish.
