On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and lots of crisp, rhubarb skin. Flavour likewise brings out the rhubarb very nicely, with crisp rhubarb skins, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Again, the rhubarb comes out very nicely. Good stuff.

On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is vert fragrant, with lots of brett and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, moderate brett, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice and rustic, without the brett being too prominent. Smells a bit more complex than it tastes, but it definitely is nice.

On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a herbaceous grassy character upfront with a bready, cerealy malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with herbaceous notes, grass and cereal malt. A bit too herbaceous, bordering on vegetal. Solid.

On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a clear dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt and bright grassiness. Flavour is quite crisp and clean, with fresh grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and bright, but lacking the crisp bite of an authentic Czech pils. Still, good stuff.
