Sampled at Cider World Expo 2024 Frankfurt. A clear golden yellow colour. Aroma and Taste dry apples, vinegar, herbs, dry herbal and juicy finish.

Bottle Pale yellow, spartling but no head. Aroma of sour and tart apples like a traditionalister spanish Cider, not sweetened. Flavor is sweet Apple , leather, funk, Apple flavor is ripe sweet Apple, probably sweetened after all. The funk and leather and some integrated sourness is very Spanish.

Bottle from night shop in Alicante. Clear light yellow golden, like white wine. Sweet and tart apple, a bit of dry cellar notes, a faint touch of vinegar, light earthy, gooseberries, kiwi. Mostly very fruity. Solid medium sweet and light sour. Over medium bodied.

Bottled@Littlepub, Vaasa. Yellow colour, no head. Armoa is sweet ripe apples with some mild wood to it. Flavour is sugary, some sweet apples, mild tartish apples as well as some mild spiciness and wood. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

Zacht en niet zuur, plat, subtiel, als in, erg weinig power in de aromas, maar wat er is is zweterig funky en beetje rokerig en rubberig. Apart, en buiten de logische verwachting. Drinkt makkelijk weg. 3.7
