Bottle Pale yellow, spartling but no head. Aroma of sour and tart apples like a traditionalister spanish Cider, not sweetened. Flavor is sweet Apple , leather, funk, Apple flavor is ripe sweet Apple, probably sweetened after all. The funk and leather and some integrated sourness is very Spanish.

Bottle from night shop in Alicante. Clear light yellow golden, like white wine. Sweet and tart apple, a bit of dry cellar notes, a faint touch of vinegar, light earthy, gooseberries, kiwi. Mostly very fruity. Solid medium sweet and light sour. Over medium bodied.

Bottled@Littlepub, Vaasa. Yellow colour, no head. Armoa is sweet ripe apples with some mild wood to it. Flavour is sugary, some sweet apples, mild tartish apples as well as some mild spiciness and wood. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle shared. Clear golden, flat and no head. Cow sweat, lots of barnyard funk, light sweet and sour apple juice, earthy apple peel, fresh leather. Just medium sweet and sour. Under medium bodied, flat. Pretty decent, I quite like it.

Keg at Peders bar, central CPH, 19/11/22. Pale golden blonde with a white cap that soon escapes. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light orchard wood, sugars, tannins. Taste comprises crisp apple, straw, hint of caramel, grass, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent refresher.
