Bottle shared. Clear golden, flat and no head. Cow sweat, lots of barnyard funk, light sweet and sour apple juice, earthy apple peel, fresh leather. Just medium sweet and sour. Under medium bodied, flat. Pretty decent, I quite like it.

Keg at Peders bar, central CPH, 19/11/22. Pale golden blonde with a white cap that soon escapes. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light orchard wood, sugars, tannins. Taste comprises crisp apple, straw, hint of caramel, grass, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent refresher.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden color, weak foam. Aroma: soaked apple, sour, a little Brett and wild, slightly sweet. Sour taste, apple cider vinegar, soaked apple, slightly sweet, a little strange.

Clear deep red colour with thin head from the lasting carbonation. It really has the taste of fresh grapes. Slightly sweet. Nice.

Pale blond with no head. Nice aroma. Grassy, hay, sweetish apples, slight funk. Quite dry but with a background sweetness.
