Tap@Peders, Copenhagen - light clear golden pour with a white head. Crisp and dry delicate apple fruity, apple peel, light to medium acidity and carbonation, medium to light bodied, crisp refreshing finish. Nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Taste was unexpectedly flat when I first tucked into it. The barrel smell really comes across as it does in the taste somewhat. Ending is almost sour. Wasn't in love but felt somewhat sophisticated.
