Bottle pour at Matt's. Awesome to try this. Thanks! Dark reddish pour. Intense flavor full of caramel, brown sugar, and warm apples. Cinnamon. A stronger impression to this, though remains smooth. Excellent ice cider.

Tasting at Matt's, corked; old bottle, 7-10
Amber color, clean. Aroma of apples, prunes, alcohol, light rubber, hint of oxidization. Very sweet, bordering syrupy; the apple juice and caramel flavor are deep, hint of spices, light acidity, and no oxidization. Very good.

Bottle - Vintage 2006 - Toffee and bitter red apple peel. Deep copper. Cinnamon and red apple with lots of caramel and light tannins. Cinnamon is really dominant, almost like red hot candy.

Vintage probably 2006. 375mL bottle, pours a rich caramel colour. Nose is fairly faded, with caramel apples, toffee and some earthiness. Flavour is more robust and quite cloyingly sweet, with brown sugar, caramel, toffee and red apples. Not particularly complex, just very sweet. Very pleasant, but not a top tier ice cider by any means.

Very deep golden colour. Aroma of spiced apple crumble. Very well-toasted apple crumble. Simple, but nonetheless sweet & soothing. Bottle, from the winery shop in Pitt Meadows (Dewdney Trunk Rd).
