22oz bottle-pours a light brown head and black color. Aroma is resin, some dark malt. Taste is resin hops with some bite, dark malt-roasty/ashy. Drying that finishes unpleasantly.

Extremely cloudy orangish white color. Not very appealing. Fresh grapefruits just dominate. More like grapefruit juice beer, but nothing artifical. Excellent, dry mouthfeel. Not a big malt backbone, but very enjoyable. I could down a lot of these in the summer time. Very drinkable.

Bottle from ølbutikken. Very clear golden, beautiful smooth good sized beige head. Looks fantastic but the head could be a little larger. strong yellow fruity, belgian yeasty aroma, spices, aroma is hot from alc. but not too much. flavor is yellow fruity, ripe yellow fruity, yeasty, strong. You feel the alc. kick in almost immediatly. burns the throat a little, but somehow the alc. is not too much in the flavor. A very good belgian style trippel. palate and mouthfeel is thick, oily. nice.

Draught at the Eni-Bru 4th Anniversary Celebration. Big citrus and fruit salad nose: great hops. Deep, cloudy gold-orange color. Sweet flavor of honey and fruit salad. Strong, great hop flavor but not too bitter. Just enough, I guess.

Dark brown, nearly black - impressive tan lace - a lot of bakers chocolate in the nose, as well as vanilla bean and espresso - some spicy alcohol - quite thin for the style, especially in the finish, which is particularly thin, even for a "non-imperial" stout - very dry and tart flavor - bitter chocolate and espresso bean flavor - a bit of char - a bit woody in the finish - thin finish allows a lot of alcohol to punch through, leaving a long-lingering booziness in the mouth - meh.

Hazy orange color, not much head. Smell pine, wood, lot of hops and bitter. Very hoppy taste, little too much resin and pine. Little alcoholic, dry aftertaste and earth. Smooth texture, yet heavy. Medium carbo and body.
