65cl Bottle at Dutch RB Meeting. Light hazy orange colour, white head. Aroma of peppery hops, pine, grass, caramel. Flavour is grassy, peppery, light caramel, pine, very dry and very bitter cheesy hoppy finish. Medium bodied. A bit over the top imo, but at least it’s not one of those overly sweet DIPA’s.

Bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen. Shared with Mes&Sim. Golden/bronze pour with a slight off white head. Aroma had some earthy hop and citrus but also something very weird lurking that I can only describe as soiled sawdust at the bottom of a hamsters cage in a musty old pet shop. Errr yeah honest... The sweet malt in the flavour dominated proceedings a little too much and the anticipated hopfest never materialised which was a pity. Possibly not the freshest bottle though, so need to get out to Del Mar and grab a bottle or 2 with a Pizza at Oggis. Pretty sure the rate would be much higher then !
