Draft at New Colony. Dark brown pour, almost see through, thin, silky beige head. Aroma is roasty malts, cola, burnt toast. Taste is sweet and roasty, farmhouse yeast very subtle. Minor notes of cola and root beer.

Draft at Mad Swede. Cloudy golden, small soapy off-white head. Light malty aroma. Taste is malty, caramel, with a light hoppy presence.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Fairly clear medium light redish amber some toasted malts on there… woody malty and some resinous bitterness. A bitter light amber..or a malty IPA

On tap at the Boise taproom. Slightly foggy pale Yellow golden. Classic light pale malts and a little noble hop bitters. Light at 4% ABV but still decent flavors. Nice lighter alternative.

Draft at downtown brewhall. Dark, clear amber, soft off-white head, streaky lacing. Aroma is malty, tannins. Taste is dark malts, woody, sweet notes, nutty. Dank like dark and moldy (wet forest), not the weedy kind
