Growler - Soured wheat and a touch of soap. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Fruity and light sourness with a clean finish. Quite nice.

Growler shared at Brian’s office. Pours a murky blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is salty, soury, passionfruit notes. Similar taste with ascorbic notes. Very refreshing, quite good.

Touch of pink from the nar, has a big dank tropical hop nose. Tart, hoppy, bright, berryish, touch of pomegranate. Good body, too. Delicious.

Hazy, blonde. You get some hop but also a touch of diacetyl...immature a bit. Soft body, papaya is the main hop note. Very low bitterness.

Cloudy, tart, juicy like grapefruit, lychee. Still some kettle sour nose but it’s sort of overpowered. Not even a noted hoppy beer. Good body for this style.

Touch of chill haze. Copper, not much head. Nose is bretty, toasty, and that’s about what you get on the palate. There’s food things but how much does this really come together? I’m skeptical.

Dark brown, thin head, massive coffee nose with sweeter chocolate syrup notes. Bitter coffee roastiness, backed with chocolatey sweet malts. The coffee notes are maybe a little heavy-handed but since they come across clean, I won’t fuss.

Draft - Yaesty esters, touch of banana and black pepper. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Yeasty fruit notes and a touch of pepper notes.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with subdued saison yeast, some floral notes, and citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast and dry citrus hopping. Nothing authentic, but pleasant enough. Meh.

On tap at the brewery. Clear medium amber with a small off white head that leaves minimal lace. Nose is light caramel with resinous pine and some citrus. Flavour follows with light caramel sweetness and a medium pine bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 7/3/7/3/13
