Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear almost water colour. Aroma has soft ginger and crisp apple skins — pretty simple. Flavour is simple, with subtle ginger spice, mineraly notes, and crisp apple. No good at all. Way too mineraly and lacking complexity.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tart apple core and mineraly notes. Flavour is somewhat acidic, with light apple core, moderate acidity, and mineraly notes. Very mineraly. Not great.

500 ml bottle. Pours a bright light gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples and a little citrus. Flavors of same. Dry. Not really getting any “wild” yeast except maybe some subtle notes in the finish. Nice

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out artificial ginger and crisp apple skins. Flavour is much the same, with weird ginger notes, sweet earthy apples and muddled dirtiness. Not very on target. Jumbled and messy.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out all sorts of weird jumbled spices, bergamot and crisp apple skins. Flavour is much the same, with a jumbled mix of spices, light bergamot, and earthiness. Jumbled and messy. Not a good product.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a hint of earthy bourbon that's pretty faint. Flavour is sort of bourbony in the sense of being hot, with fairly dry apple skins. Poor use of the barrels and a weak base cider equals a pretty lame end product.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a clear bright red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries, moderate apples, and light sweetness. Flavour is bright and very fruity, with deep raspberries, some earthiness, and lots of apple core. Lots of earthy raspberries on the finish with fairly low residual sweetness. Decent.

Nice deep pink body, okay foam, soft smooth fruitiness on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is nice floral citrus, apple hints, round and perhaps that's the tayberry talking but I don't really know what a tayberry tastes like. Crisp finish. Decent enough.
