Pours a nice clear rosé hue but with very little foam and okay carbonation. Nice apple on the nose but little blueberry, soft wood hints. Flavour is soft blueberry and apple, a little tart and not too sweet. Good lingering tannins and sugar, nice balance. Pretty good and the alcohol is invisible.

Okay modest foam on a very white wine hued yellowy body, good twig notes on dry apple as an aroma. Flavour is smooth apple with soft caramel notes. Finish is a little wet, could be drier. Nonetheless the alcohol is very well hidden and this is highly drinkable.

Pours with fierce and excellent foam and strong carbonation, smells of semi-sweet apple with herbal tea notes, well blended in fact. Flavour is strong black tea on cider, works reasonably well together but not amazingly so. Crisp carbonation and the high alcohol is well hidden though I find the tea aftertaste detracts. Nonetheless pretty good.

Pours a flat white wine, soft pear on the nose with a hint of vanilla. Flavour is very soft pear mixed with some more vanilla. Full on the mouth the alcohol is well hidden, but it's rather uninteresting.

Pours with great foam on a storm deep golden body, smells of twiggy apples with a hint of dry pear. Flavour is sweet wet apples with a very small amount of pear character. Sugary aftertaste, but juicy and the high alcohol is invisible. Very nice.

Reasonably good foam and soft carbonation in clear light yellow body. Very rich cider aroma with hints of bourbon and wood. Flavour has good wood notes, fresh apple skin, green apple. Dry finish. Alcohol invisible. Impressive, very nice cider.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear rose-ish with almost no head. Aroma is just disgusting like car emissions. Taste is similar with raspberry notes. Bad.

Bottle - fresh raspberry and leafy herbal notes. Orange pink. Semi sweet raspberry and a nice light herbal note. Dry with a little acidity. Decent for what it is.
