375mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a clear caramel golden. Aroma brings out lots of caramel apple, some treacle toffee, a touch of vanilla and a hint of brown sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with treacle, caramel and apple core. More apple core than most ice ciders, with medium sweetness. Not the most complex ice cider out there, but well-rounded.

Blond color, nice apple aroma, not too dissimilar from Ice Ciders. Moderately sweet, nice cider notes, with a touch of stewed fruit, right acidity level, a bit bitter in the finish.

Bottle - Crisp nice fresh apple. Clear gold. Carbonated and bright Apple notes with a long almost boozy finish.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is fairly boozy, with floral notes, lightly sweet apples, perfume, and booze. Flavour is fairly aggressive, with medium acidic apples, light sweetness, and some champagne yeast. Aggressive carbonation, with a dry, champagne-y finish. Very nice.

Has a pale amber colour, not so much head. Fresh apple character, with a little bit of tannic character. This has a fairly strong tannic character, with a bit of an acidic finish, a pleasant sugary apple note. Good balance. The strength does show through a bit in the finish.

A dark amber cider with aroma of sweet apple pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, light maple very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam with light maple notes, light cotton candy, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.
