From a bottle at the RB tasting. Pours a clear pale orange with a scant head. Aromas of over ripe apples. Flavors are sweet apple. Tasty.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden to amber colored beer, oily and still. There's alcohol on the nose, with lots of ripe yellow apples. Apple cores, apple pie and a light grassy touch. It's rather sweet on the palate, warming and full-bodied, still, with lots of ripe apples in the flavor. Apple cores, orchard and a yeasty touch. Lasting warming finish with apple pie, ripe apples and a light oxidation. Quite delicious this one, but I think it lacks a bit compared to the top Ice Ciders. 180728

Bottle dink pour gifted by mcberko. Thanks! Festival startup. Golden maple pour. Clean and clear. Big spiced apple aroma, soft booze. Thick, sugary apple jack. Smooth, and sweet. Flavorful. Tasty stuff.

Golden-brown. Nice legs. The aroma is clean, tart apple with just a touch of brown sugar. A bit of a acidity, clean apple. A little sticky sugar. This has good balance, very approachable ice cider that way.

Tasting at Matt’s, corked bottle; vintage 2012; 12% ABV
Golden color, bright, with copper hue. Aroma of apple syrup, candied pineapple, sugar syrup. The flavor is very sweet, almost syrupy; the apple profile is a bit stewed and a bit spicy; the alcohol can clearly be perceived. Candies.
Not the most elegant of Ice Ciders, but definitively a good drink.

375mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a clear caramel golden. Aroma brings out lots of caramel apple, some treacle toffee, a touch of vanilla and a hint of brown sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with treacle, caramel and apple core. More apple core than most ice ciders, with medium sweetness. Not the most complex ice cider out there, but well-rounded.

A dark golden cider with aroma of sweet fruity apple sauce, light toffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with cotton candy sugar, sweet apple sauce, light alcohol, nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
