Lovely tart apples and grassy, slightly citric hops. Clean mouthfeel, clean crisp finish. Tart apple goodness. Really nice.

Tasting at Ryans, synthetic cork
Deep, bright amber colour. Nice aroma of stewed apples, with a touch of marzipan. Full bodies, sweet but not thick or syrupy; the acidity balances the sweetness; strong flavour of red apple juice and stewed apples, then some winter spices and marzipan.
I had richer ones, but this one is very good nevertheless.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear amber no head. Sweet apple juice, feint wood. Decent, but not as complex as other QC ice ciders.

375ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) shared with Alex @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear dark copper with no head. Aroma: sweet, lots of apples, apple skins, seeds, soma tannins. Taste: along the same lines, caramel, toffee, intense. Overall: good one.

Can from the source, Airbnb consumption, paired with spaghetti aglio olio. Clear deep purple color, fizzy. Dusty blueberry aroma. Apple fights blueberry in the taste. Apple wins early on, blueberries dominate in the end. On the sweet side but not overly so

Can from the source, Airbnb consumption. Crystal clear pale yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of dusty overripe pear flesh. Taste is neither sweet nor tart, just in the middle, with plenty of fruit. Easy drinking and mellow

Airbnb can from the source. Crystal clear yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of floral apple and lemon. Taste is lightly tart apple skins, edge of bitter lemon. Easy drinking and refreshing

Bottle sample at the source. Clear bright golden burnt umber color, still. Aroma of perfume, flowers, maple syrup and, of course, apples. Taste is sweet, stickee toffee and caramel apples. Very tasty

Can sample at the source. Clear bright pink color, fizzy. Grapefruit and strawberry up front in the aroma, then peach. Taste has apple up front, citrus and berries in support. Some sweetness, but not a lot. Could drink in quantity
