Draft - Cocoa and some light malts. Deep clear Amber with a small white head. Caramel and some cocoa. Balance is a bit off with the caramel coming off a bit harsh.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy orange with a small beige head. Aroma is quite restrained, with light floral and piney hops, and a gentle biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral and piney hops upfront, a little fruitiness from the cherry and a biscuity malt base. Balanced fine but there is no cherry left here. Okay.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Murky pale red color with pinkish head. It’s a very simple Wit, any possible delicate flavor is muffled by the mild cherry touch; in other words, the two together don’t help each other.
Boring.

Hazy light pink. Straightforward cherry nose, light cherry taste is nothing special, wit charcter yeasty and understated.

Pale amber. A bit of chill haze, and thin head. Sweet, caramel aroma. It's drier on the palate. Moderate bitterness but this comes across a little clashy with the caramel. These hops need a beer that's less chewy. APA with an Australian kick - it is that, but that's not necessarily the best way to put these ingredients together. But it's one of their best sellers so there's that. For me, though, not the optimal sense of balance.
