A deep dark brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, dark fruits, molasses, chocolate, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, dark fruits, molasses, light mineral notes, light bodied, a nice sweet, disappointing. On tap at at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice brown color foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light black chocolate notes with some light roasted malt. Taste is also a mix of dry roasted malt notes with some light chocolate notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. This one was lacking flavours and complexity. I also can’t say I detected any mint in this beer.

Bottle - Biscuity malts and some fruity milky notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Biscuit, bready and some fruity bitterness. Very fruity and odd, but still kinda nice.

A golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, roasted caramel malt with light nutty notes, mash tun, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with roasted notes, bitter hops, grapefruit pulp, so-so, not very Belgian. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2014.
