Draft at Chuck’s. Yup, another pile of crap. Not a saison for sure. Just and estry and sweet Belgian ale that I have a hard time drinking. Very herbal finish doesn’t help. Your standard American mess for he style.

On tap at April Brews Day, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is strong with lots of wild tart notes. Flavour is intense, with lots of spiciness and almost a habanero quality to it. Wild yeast and lactic tartness on the finish. Pretty solid.

Draft - Light grains. Clear gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet grains and a bit of honey in the finish.

Draft - Loght sweet citrus and a touch of tropical fruit. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Light boozy fruit and a light bitterness. OK.

Draft - Nitro - Lots of chocolate and nice roast coffee. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Tons of chocolate and creamy coffee. Like a desert coffee with a perfect mouthfeel that isn’t too rich. Well done.

Draft - White grape, soured wheat and citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a creamy white head. Sweet, tart and sticky. There are some tropical notes, but it comes across to sweet and almost medicinal.

Draft - Dark chocolate sweetness and light roast. Jet black with a light brown head. Lots of roast, some chocolate syrupy sweetness and a decent bitter finish. Not bad.
