(Bottle, 6.4%) Golden amber colour with big, frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with lemon peel, elderflower, honey, pickled ginger, white bread and yellow apples. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of white bread, lemon peel, elderflower, honey, ginger, coriander and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Complex and tasty. Quite nice.

Well stored bottle sampled July 2022. Slightly unclear golden body under a small white head. Aroma is mild and smooth citric fruit, acidic grapes and some funk. Taste is super smooth, acidic fruity with citric, grapes and acidic white berries, mild wood. Balanced body and mild acidic fruity aftertaste. Smooth and nice.
