Description
One Tree Hard Cider is made from locally grown ingredients in Washington State. When we started our journey, we wanted to use a wide range of flavors to show that it all starts with apples, but it doesn’t end there! Our core ciders are Lemon Basil, Huckleberry, Staycation, and Boysenberry. We also release seasonal ciders such as the famous Snowglobe, Pumpkin, and Cranberry. There's always something new at One Tree!

Bomber. Aroma is apples, vaguely squashy, spices. Pours slightly hazy golden with a nice (for style) white head. Taste is cinnamon apples, light pumpkin, surprisingly tasty. I wasn’t expecting too much from this. Nice.

Closest thing I have to a flute, so I poured this into a pokal.
Here’s the rest, the appearance was a soft hazy/cloudy yellow color, no head, no lacing (these days, I get it with ciders).
The aroma definitely takes the sweet lemon and subtle herbal basil sweet flavor to coincide nicely with some light refreshing apple crispness, sly sweet, mostly nice.
The flavor takes in a nice balance between the sweetness of the apple and lemon and let’s it involve the herbal basil balance to seem to hit just right. The aftertaste lingers with the herbal basil to the lemon and apple sweetness.
On the palate, this one sits about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides light. Yes, subtle stickiness, but it slides and feels slightly dry.
Overall, yeah, ok, so I found the great cidery of the West Coast. Holy shit, yes, and yes, and yes! Lemme know when they start distributing to Vermont! Thank you Beth. Don’t drink Woodchuck or Angry Orchard (they suck compared to this). Me, I never thought I could ever rate a cider this high, but yes, quite deserving, holy shit!

Bomber from Grocery Outlet drank at room temp for a unique reason. Aroma is ginger, apples, dust, chalk, floral. Pours milky yellow with a fleeting white head that collapses into a collar. Taste is lightly sweet, a little spicy from the ginger, tame tartness. Pretty good.

Dark yellow with a small fizzy head. Very cinnamon and light caramel notes throughout. Sweet. Very reminiscent of apple pie. Went great after Thanksgiving dinner.

On tap at Schilling, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is absolutely dominated by the cinnamon, with not much else. Flavour is much more balanced, with a nice mix of caramel, cinnamon and sweet apples. Cohesive and super easy to drink. All the flavours complement. Lovely dessert cider.

Draft - Tons of cinnamon and cooked apple. Pale yellow. Sweet, cinnamon and apple. Going for apple pie, you found it.
