Description
One Tree Hard Cider is made from locally grown ingredients in Washington State. When we started our journey, we wanted to use a wide range of flavors to show that it all starts with apples, but it doesn’t end there! Our core ciders are Lemon Basil, Huckleberry, Staycation, and Boysenberry. We also release seasonal ciders such as the famous Snowglobe, Pumpkin, and Cranberry. There's always something new at One Tree!

Pours nearly clear bright green with a white head that falls into a ring immediately. No sign of the glitter or whatever they mention on the can description. 7
Aroma is apples, minerals. 6.5
Taste is fairly tart and less sweet than their typical offerings. 7
Texture 7
Overall a very solid straight cider, albeit one with artificial color to make it green. I’m a little embarrassed to admit it, but I was honestly looking forward to the gimmicky glitter, so that’s a bit of a letdown, lol. Not sure if they forgot to add it to this batch or what. 7

On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a clear dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is jammy and tart, with plenty of boysenberry and some apple core. Flavour is tart, jammy and fairly sweet, with lots of tart boysenberry, medium-high sweetness and a touch of apple core. Sweet, tart, simple. Not what I want from a cider but it's drinkable.

Draft pour at The Tap, Yakima. Ruby red appearance. Little tinted head. Rich with jammy berries. Thicker body, borderline syrup with some slightly tart red berry, and some pie notes. Cool apple background. Flavorful, but overly rich for my taste.

Lots of pineapple and mango for sure, sometimes feels blended well sometimes cloyingly sweet and a bit heavy. I dig the theme though.

Bomber. Aroma is apples, raspberry and jalapeno, as expected. Pours lightly hazy pale pink with a collar of foam. Taste is highly sweet, lightly tart, with some very mild pepper heat. Softly carbonated. It doesn't taste bad at all, but this could have been so much better with a moderate to high level of pepper burn and way less sweetness. Tastes like an alcopop.

Bomber. Aroma is apples, cinnamon, cherry. Pours cranberry red with visible glitter and a small pink-white head. Taste is highly sweet, moderately tart. A good tasting Christmasy cider with not a lot of depth. I would drink it again though.
