Cask at the brewery
Hazy amber color with beige sparkler head. Aroma of caramel and cream. Smooth, undercarbonated, mild caramel flavor, moderate sweetness, and no Bitter character at all.
Boring and slightly flawed.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, toasted caramel malt and a little pine. Flavour is along the same lines, with resinous hops, sweet caramel malt and butter. Another infected IPA from the masters. No good.

Hazy blonde-tan. Thin head. Aroma is a bit earthy, touch yeasty, maybe some orange. Funky...yeast has gone fucked...burnt shit phenols. And really after youβve torched the electrical wires, who cares what else you did?

Dull light tan colour with a thin head. Big mosaic nose is appetizing with the pineapple and papaya. Light body...the hop character is quite nice, bringing lychee, canned pineapple and papaya. But the malts are a travesty. Thin, lifeless, lending no real sweetness or support to carry the hops across the palate. Boo, you nailed the hops but squandered that.

See, I was told this was made with "Strata" hops. Iβve never heard of those, which is fine, except that the entire Internet has never heard of them either. Am I crazy? What beer did I have?
Hazy blonde with a medium head. Not picking up much on the nose but random stewed fruits. More of that stewed fruit on the palate...yeasty.. malts are poorly developed. Like a homebrewer, having fun with hops but not possessed of actual brewing capabilities.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of butter and herbal notes, uh oh. Flavour has tons of diacetyl that dominate, along with some piney hops and toasted malt. The diacetyl is very obtrusive and unpalatable. This can fuck right off.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, some diacetyl and skunky grassy notes. Flavour is stale-tasting, with a nasty skunky grass and herbaceous quality permeating. No idea how they can sell this. Off in so many ways. Very bad.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy golden to light amber color with compact persistent head. The aroma is hoppy, yeasty and mineral; some cream. The mouthfeel is a bit too much carbonated, also because the body is too thin for an IPA; the malt flavor is timid, cardboard everywhere; resiny hopping, lemon pie, leading to light butter feeling.
Follow the keywords (cream, butter...): thereβs some diacetyl here.
Simple concept, poor execution, sub-par IPA.
