New brewery, in Pelham Ontario, opening soon from what I’ve read. on tap at sawdust city. Hazy golden pour, big citrus aroma with lots of citrus zest. nice lively carb, slightly Watery mouth feel. Slightly funky finish, with loads of citrus, but a very light bitterness.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa, black cherries and molasses. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of cocoa, cherries, smoke and burnt malts. Finish is burnt and slightly sweet with light bitterness lingering with the smoke.

This oatmeal poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include smoked oysters, black toast and molasses. First swig was a little thin in the mouthfeel dept. med/low carbonation. Flavours of liquid smoke, coffee and roasted malt. Finish is smokey and burnt with light sweetness lingering.

A dark reddish brown ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light caramel, light mocha coffee, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light coffee notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy resinous citrusy floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana, light Brett Brett, light cloves, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of banana esters, faint Brett, light silky mouth feel, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed pale yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, light resinous notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

This ipa poured a cloudy light yellow with a white, soapy head. Medium lacing. Scents include grass, soap, cooked veggies and fried onions. First swig was not near as hoppy as expected. Flavours of grassy hops, that light onion flavour, a little spruce and hay. Finish is a little bitter with spruce flavour lingering.

This IPA poured a golden amber colour with a off white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include spuce/citrus hops, honey and a little bread. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of honey, spuce, cooked veggies and light caramel. Finish was creamy bitter with hops lingering forever.

This pale ale poured a cloudy light amber with a big ole soapy head. Not much lacing. Scents include pineapple, lemon and orange citrus. First swig was a lot less hoppy than expected. But 35ibu's??? It's way more than that. Very nice mouthfeel with flavours of citrus hops and light malt. Finish is quite bitter with hop flavour lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
