Hazy light amber color, small head. The aroma is a bit musky and very lightly fruity. Smooth mouthfeel; light malt flavor, some cream, light fruitiness.
A bit strange, but nice.

This is a very nice beer. Pours golden clear with great lacing. Smells like berries and wheat, white yeast. Really comes together on the senses. Palate is prett complex, starting out soft and fruity and ending bitter. Well blended. The taste has soft hefe kind of german feel on tongue with a nice bitter finish- something from the oak of the barrels there. Great.

(Draught sample at Bryden’s, Toronto, Sept 21 2012) Poured a clear golden amber with a thin, vanishing white head. Aroma fairly sweet, marmalade orange and caramel malt with some tropical fruit behind and faint pine. Flavour a bit less fruit-forward, some pit fruit and a bunch of sweet malt with fairly pine and earth bitterness to finish, doesn’t leave much aftertaste. Medium body, medium carbonation. Smells nice but a little too sugary for me, and doesn’t quite follow it up on the palate either. A good IPA, but not a fave.

Smells straight up like the espresso in the name. There is some malt mixed in there as well. A little taste of candy sweetness on the nose. Aftertaste has some sourness and a bit too much sweetness for me or id rate it higher on palate. Still a pretty interesting package.

Smells slighlty malty. Taste has some coffee bitter, a little nuttiness. Pour brownish red. Hand pulled so carbonation is low. Not much head or lacing. Very mild beer.

Nice littleb bite of bitter. I spent the whole weekend drinking free coors light and thisgoes dowwn amazingly after that ordeal. Great lacing, though head dies down no thing quickly. Smells hoppy, almost like an apa. With a touch of rich orange citrus. On tap at volo.

Smells a little fruity, grapefruit but has some Belgian alcohol and floral hops aroma. Pours muddy looking as the name says. A little lacing, no head retention. Dirty brown with lots of sediment. Palate is Belgian in a sense, a little bit of alcohol, a little bit of wild yeast. There’s some good funk in it. On tap at volos.

Pours a light cloudy colour. Smell has a littke bubblegum and some of those grassy yeast aromas with some extra farm funk I cant quite place. Taste has medium carbonation. Some bitterness as the end, hay-like. Has a great all around profile, and much less cantankerous than the Snowball. On tap at volos.

I put this as a sour based on taste, not sure if its best in another category. Smells a little like citrus, hard oaky barrel with some good earthy notes. I really like the smell. Pours a kind of cloudy brown without much lacing or head. Taste is sour above and beyond everything. Its tangy ad a little astringent with some citrus peel and oaky bitter. Very different. Snowball is definitly the evil pig. On tap at voloos
