A lightly hazed yellow ale with almost no head. In aroma, floral hops and biscuitty malt, grassy and smooth. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt with grassy hops, floral, a bit of astringence, not bad. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011 as part as Cask Social.

A murkey amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth floral hops, Cascade, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuitty malt with floral hops, light lactic notes, still nice and smooth, medium bodied. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011 as part as Cask Social.

A hazed golden IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice citrusy hops in attack, floral, nice and herbal. In mouth, a smooth biscuitty malt with orange pulp, fir resins, floral hops, well balanced. Cask at Beaus’s Oktoberfest, Oct. 1 2011.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thick frothy light moka head. In aroma, pleasant floral hops, orange pulp, pungeant, quite nice. In mouth, a classic IPA, with light biscuitty malt, bitter floral hops, grapefruits, quite nice, a bit woody, oily. On tap at Bar Volo, May 20 2011.
