Got the bottle of the cask, the last glass. No head and a opaque and milky. Aroma was really nice, lots of fresh floral hops and lots of fresh fruit. Flavor was crisp, amd hoppy, with a good amount of bitterness. It got a little pithy near the end though, and a touch chalky. Probably because i got the bottle of the cask.

very dark brown pour, great aroma of caramel malts, some breads, and a wonderful nuttiness. very little hops, and more of that great nuttiness round out he finish. a beer you could easily drink all night. great stuff.

Upfront lactic, citrucy, tropical tart, sourness. Sour wheat, and lemons. Very low carb, soft mouthfeel. Very tart finish, with a hint of apple, and light citrus.

Aroma of vanilla, wood, bitter unsweetened cocoa, and a touch, and i mean a touch of smoke. The flavor is more sweet stout like flavors. Cocoa, vanilla, even some light lactic notes. Finish is velvet smooth, and roasty with slight smokiness. A good beer, but i dont see it as a smoked.

On tap at volo. Hazy golden/orange pour, fluffy white head. Aroma of grassy hops, with some citrus mingling in there too. Even some light yeasty, and bready malt aromas. The carbonation is soft, and the mouthfeel is a little thick. The finish is crisp, and long with a solid bitterness.

WHOA, what an aroma! this is rye all the way! this is rye bread in a glass! noithing but rye, and intense pumpernickel bread.
very bready sweet malts, and a fresh grainy finish. this is truly bread in a glass! not sure how many i could drink though.

This is all hops, but a medium to light bitterness. Its mostly all aroma. The flavor is lightly bitter, with a pleasant hop sweetness in the finish.
